Returns & Refunds

30-Day Returns · No Restocking Fees

We want you to feel confident choosing furniture for your home. If your purchase is not the right fit, you can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Sale and discounted furniture are eligible under the same conditions.

1. Your return window

Email us within 30 days after your item is delivered to request a return. Once your return is approved, please ship it back within 14 days of approval, or follow the collection instructions we agree with you. Your return does not need to arrive at our warehouse within the original 30-day request window.

2. Item condition and packaging

You may open the packaging and inspect your furniture. Opening the box alone does not make an item ineligible for return. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, without new damage, and complete with its parts and accessories.

Please keep the original packaging where possible. If it is no longer available, contact us before shipping so we can agree on a safe packing method. Missing original packaging alone does not automatically disqualify a return. Please include your order number or other proof of purchase.

3. Return shipping and fees

Changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or the item does not fit: you pay the actual return shipping cost. Before you send the item back, we will provide the cost or an estimate and explain the return arrangements for your confirmation.
Wrong item, missing parts, a product defect, or damage in transit: we will work with you at no cost to resolve the issue. Options may include replacement parts, an exchange, or a refund, depending on the issue and the solution agreed with you. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection at our expense.
No restocking or return-processing fees. If your original order included free shipping, we will not deduct the original outbound shipping cost from your refund.

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible and email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging where relevant. We encourage you to contact us promptly, but taking longer than 48 hours to inspect or report an issue will not, by itself, be a reason to reject your request.

Please do not ship back or dispose of damaged furniture before we confirm a solution. We will assess whether a return is needed and aim to avoid unnecessary handling of large items.

5. How to request a return

Email service@hommoo.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
Tell us the reason for your return. For damage, defects, or missing parts, include relevant photos to help us resolve the issue.
Wait for our approval, return address, and shipping or collection instructions before sending anything back. Return addresses can vary, so please do not use the address on the original parcel without confirmation.
Pack the item securely with its parts and accessories, and keep your return tracking details or collection receipt.

6. Refunds

After we receive your return, we will inspect it, complete the refund review, and initiate any approved refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method for the amount you actually paid for the returned item, reflecting any discounts applied to your order. We will confirm any applicable return shipping charge before the return is arranged.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund after we issue it. If we agree that a damaged or incorrect item does not need to be returned, we will confirm the refund arrangements directly with you.

7. Exchanges and questions

For a different color, size, or product, contact us so we can help arrange the return and a new purchase. If you have any questions about eligibility, packaging, shipping costs, or an issue discovered after the return window, please email service@hommoo.com.
