Delivery
- Delivery area: the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or P.O. boxes.
- Shipping: free standard shipping on eligible orders of $1 or more within our delivery area. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
- Ships from: U.S. warehouses, mainly via FedEx and UPS.
- Estimated timing: 1–2 business days for processing, plus 9–14 business days in transit; approximately 10–16 business days in total.

Returns & refunds
- 30-day return requests: contact us within 30 days after delivery, including for sale items. Ship the return within 14 days after approval, or follow the collection arrangements agreed with us.
- Item condition: opening the box to inspect your furniture does not itself prevent a return. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in their original condition, and complete with all parts and accessories. Contact us about safe alternative packaging if the original packaging is unavailable.
- Return shipping: customers pay the actual cost for change-of-mind, wrong-size, or does-not-fit returns; we explain the cost or estimate before you send the item back.
- Damage, defects, wrong items, or missing parts: contact us so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you. If a return is required, we provide a prepaid label or arrange collection at our expense.
- No restocking or return-processing fees. Original outbound shipping is not deducted from refunds on free-shipping orders.
- Refund timing: approved refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
