30-Day Refurn Terms
You can get a full refund when you return your undamaged item(s) within 30 days.
To qualify for a refund, you must provide the delivery date, proof of purchase, and return of the product in the same condition you received it; returns will not be accepted for products that have been installed, are no longer in their original packaging or condition.
For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us with your order number, contact information, photos, and videos concerning the damages or flaws(if applicable). Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
Before return, please contact us for return details and confirm the correct return address. After that, you can send us an email to inform us.

Return reason and fees:
If the wrong product is sent, or the product is damaged during transportation, the customer does not need to pay the postage when returning the product.
When the customer buys the wrong product, the product is not suitable for the customer, or the customer does not want it, the customer shall bear the freight when returning the product.
How to return an item:
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to file a return request. All items must meet the return conditions / requirements in order to be approved for return for credit.
Please note that products must be returned in the original packaging and will not affect the second sale.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returnable Items:
Items that can be returned/refunded within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken or stained upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
3. Unused and ndamaged item(s) that have not met your expectations within 30 days of receiving.
4. Items in original package.
Non-Returnable Items:
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 30 days guarantee time-frame.
2. Items without the original packaging.
3. Items you have already assembled.
4. Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process-damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product.
5. Cracks during the random displacement of the items.
6. Items kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood.
Defective Returns (if applicable)
When you receive item(s) that is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. Once we accept your return request, we are here to help you with a replacement or return. Besides, our customer does not need to pay the postage when returning the product.
Exchanges (if applicable)
A hassle-free exchange is ready if it is in stock. You can exchange your item(s) within 24 hours you placed the order and before your package was shipped out. If your package has been shipped out, we will not accept your replacement request, but you can refuse to accept the package after it arrives.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your order has successfully been canceled, we will initiate a refund for your purchase. The processing time for the refund amount to appear to your original method of payment is 1-2 business days from the date of the confirmation email.
If your order has successfully been returned, We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@hommoo.com.
Cancellations (if applicable)
You can cancel an order as long as we have not started the shipping or delivery process. To cancel an order, please contact us at service@hommoo.com. You can get a full refund.
If we have started the shipping or delivery process, you will need to initiate a return by following our return policy.
